**SAME requires those attending Career Transition Workshop to be Fully Vaccinated.  One is considered fully vaccinated two-weeks after their second dose of a two-dose vaccine series. Proof of vaccination is required at check-in for the workshop.  SAME will accept a visual of your vaccination card or a photo of your vaccination card (front and back).

SAME has established a block of rooms at the rate of $105 per night plus state and local taxes. Rooms are available at the group rate until February 1, 2022, or the block is sold-out, whichever is first. Hotel rooms are available for arrivals on Tuesday, February 15 and departures on Thursday, February 17, 2022.

Our hotel room block is reserved for Registered attendees only.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

For those traveling by air, Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is the more convenient airport (2.0 miles from hotel).
