New Base Access Requirements: Fort Shafter no longer allows those without DoD ID (e.g., Military or CAC) to readily enter the base to attend functions at the Hale Ikena. If you don’t have a DoD ID, you will need to obtain a day pass at the Fort Shafter Pass & ID Office on the way to the lunch meeting. Please bring your driver's license, and vehicle registration and insurance.
