Board Meetings

When luncheons are held at the Westin Virginia Beach Town Center, board meetings are at 10:00 A.M. that morning in the same room as the luncheon. If the luncheon is being held at a different location, the meeting will likely be at that location at 10:00 A.M. An email providing detail of the board meeting is typically sent out the week before the luncheon. Please contact our Post Secretary for additional information.

Who We Are

The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) builds leaders and leads collaboration among government and industry to develop multidisciplined solutions to national security infrastructure challenges. Founded in 1920, the Society unites public and private sector individuals and organizations from across the architecture, engineering, construction, environmental and facility management, cyber security, project planning, contracting and acquisition, and related disciplines in support of national security.
