Jet Sadorra |
Maj Sadorra is the Commander of the 422d Civil Engineer Squadron at Royal Air Force Croughton. He leads 155 personnel and is responsible for construction, maintenance, fire prevention and environmental protection for real property and infrastructure encompassing 787 facilities and spanning 1,205 acres. He's been involved with SAME since his time at Uni from STEM camps, Young Member COI, and post membership. His goal is to promote networking and collaboration, and to add value for SAME post members. Outside of work, Jet can be found exploring the outdoors, food scenes, and anything that's adrenaline producing.

Matthew Scrivner
|
Matthew Scrivner, P.E. is a veteran of the US Army with experience in command of a 92-person mixed-effects military unit and in USACE. He is currently working on RAF Lakenheath with 48 CES as a Project Manager. Matt is very involved in young professional development, starting a mentorship program in the Rhein-Main Post and organizing multiple other events. He seeks to provide maximum benefit from SAME for the future leadership and stewardship of the Engineering Profession and is currently endeavoring to expand the UK Post’s Young Professional ranks to the largest extent possible.

Christian Knutson, CEng, P.E., PgMP, PMP, F.SAME is a Senior Programme Management and civil Engineer Practitioner, Author and podcaster. His experience in programme and project management, infrastructure engineering, leadership and collaboration spans nearly three decades in the military, civil service and the private sector. Chris currently serves as the SAME International Community of Interest Chair and the UK Post Fellow and Senior Advisor.

Helen Baldwin (Hons), is a Knowledge Manager supporting the F-35 Program within the 48th Program Integration Office (PIO) at RAF Lakenheath. Previously Helen worked 11 years as a Civil Servant for the UK Ministry of Defence, within Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), involved in Business Management roles of both UK and USAFE Estate. Helen currently serves as the SAME UK Communications and Events Officer.

Steve Rix, MA, Chartered FCIPD, MAPM is a Senior Civil Servant within the UK Ministry of Defence, where he is currently a Programme Director within the Defence Infrastructure Organisation. Steve has worked with the military in infrastructure for 30 years with a focus on programme and project management, leadership and strategy. Steve currently serves as an appointed Board Member for the SAME UK Post. |

His experience in programme, project management, facility management, leadership and facilitation spans over four decades in the civil service and the private sector. Drew was the Founding President of the SAME United Kingdom Field Chapter and continues to support the post.

Tom is the Senior Program Manager of the F35 Beddown program for the 48th Fighter Wing at RAF Lakenheath, delivering operational facilities to support the arrival of two squadrons of F35As at RAF Lakenheath over the next few years.Tom initially trained as a Quantity Surveyor, commercially managing major construction projects across a variety of sectors.Tom is married to Sarah, and with their two children, lives in Norwich. In his spare time Tom enjoys cycling, running, playing the guitar and the odd pint or two of craft ale. He currently serves as Vice President of the SAME UK Post and actively involved in increasing the Post’s sustaining membership base
