SAME Kittyhawk Post Clay Shooting Event
Winning teams:
1st: Heapy Champs, with Chris Kaylor, Matt Graham, Matt Downing, Nick Andrews, and James Rodgers.
2nd: Messer with Rob Emmerich, Nathan Ho lthaus, Kevin Cozart, Paul Richter, and Brad West
3rd: USACE with Chris Hesse, Dom Casuccio, Ashley Bielefeld, and Jerald Swizzy
Last Place: AltaFiber with Nadja Turek, Jon Caplinger, Joe Lockett, and Tom Simpson

Individual High shooters were:
Chris Kaylor
Robert Emmerich
Evan Nutt

We had a tie for high shooter with a score of 83. Chris Kaylor at Heapy and Robert Emmerich from Messer. As a tie breaker we looked at the first 25 shots for each shooter. With the understanding that they did not start out on the same station, still Chris hit 25 in row to start the day. Not surprisingly, their two teams were first and second. Third high individual shooter was Evan Nutt. The team from the Army Corps of Engineers was third place team.
Thanks to Messer for sponsoring lunch, and Woolpert for providing beverages throughout the day. It was a great event. Thanks to the event team led by Craig Rohren which included Shawn Moore, Ashley Bielefeld, Ted Hecht, Pete Battaglia, Rebecca Knolle, and Jeff Leonard. Thanks to all for helping to raise over $1,800 for our Scholarship/Mentoring fund.
See you all next year!
